Grapefruit Perfume

We all have those mornings when the to-do list feels overwhelming. Grapefruit isn't just a fragrance; it’s a total reset. It’s for the person who wants to feel sharp, awake, and completely on top of things while everyone else is still waiting for their first coffee.

When you wear this, you aren't just wearing something fresh, you’re projecting a sense of effortless clarity. It’s the olfactory equivalent of a crisp white shirt.

The Composition

This is a vivid, incredibly realistic citrus.

  • The Opening: It feels like breaking the skin of a cold, ruby-red grapefruit. It’s a sharp, zesty explosion that immediately wakes up your brain. It’s bright, tart, and completely natural.

  • The Heart: Once the initial brightness settles, it transitions into a green, dewy freshness, like a garden right after a rainstorm. It’s crisp, slightly sweet, and never feels heavy or overly "perfumey."

  • The Base: This is where most citrus fragrances fail, but not this one. I’ve used a base of Earthy Patchouli and Musk to anchor the grapefruit. It settles into a warm, comforting skin scent that stays grounded long after other citrus scents would have vanished.

Behind the Blend

I formulated this in my Northamptonshire shop to solve the biggest issue with luxury citrus perfumes: they usually don't last. I think you deserve a fresh scent that actually stays with you.

Most citrus blends are a fleeting memory, but we use high-quality ingredients to ensure this one has a serious backbone. It leaves a subtle, clean trail that follows you from your morning routine all the way through your day.

It’s completely unisex, uncomplicated, and undeniably classier than mass-market alternatives. If you hate fragrances that feel like they're trying too hard, and you want a fresh start that actually lasts, this is your bottle.

  • It's important to spritz your perfume on the areas of the body that are naturally warm,  such as your wrists, the nape of your neck, behind your knees, behind your ear, and inside your elbows.

Resist rubbing your wrists together. Fragrance should sit on the skin to mix with your natural oils, rubbing wrists together breaks down the top notes which means they will fade and evaporate quickly.

Fragrance binds to the oils in your skin, so applying it after your body oil creates a better surface for the scent molecules to bind to.

If like me you like to spritz your clothes then go for it, just remember that it's a different olfactory experience than when you correctly apply perfume to your skin.

Rule of thumb: If you can wash the fabric, then spritz away, just be careful of the delicate fabrics & some perfumes may stain!
